Hardware Collection – Fine Silver Hammered Hoop Earrings
Beautiful hoop earring hand crafted from the finest sterling silver pure .999.
What’s the difference between .925 and .999 fine silver?
.925 only 20% silver and alloyed with either copper or brass which will oxidize when exposed to the elements.
Fine silver is pure which will not oxidize when exposed to the elements as easily, however, eventually over time fine silver turns a dull white color.
Fine silver takes less time polishing to a brilliant shine.
The earrings have been purposely oxidized with liver of sulfur giving them a beautiful patina and are polished so only the stamped impressions stand out.
Crafted from 18 gauge fine silver, hammered and forged or formed to the gleaming hoop you see here, then stamped with the omega star around the perimeter.
Made with love from my hands each pair may vary slightly.
